I am Kim Myung-su, the 9th Chairman of the Gwangsan-gu District Council.

Greetings!

This is Kim Myung-su, the 9th Chairman of the Gwangsan-gu District Council, serving in the last half of the term.

The Gwangsan-gu District Council has reached a turning point in our journey to a greater Gwangsan-gu. We would like to bow down to thank you for your support over the past two years.

All 18 members of the Gwangsan-gu District Council have done our best to serve you with sincerity and bring you happiness under the Council’s goal of “an open Council that communicates, a field-oriented and competent Council.”

In the next two years, we will always keep the essence of the Council with all our heart, we will listen to the smallest voices of the people, and we will create a framework of happiness for our citizens.

We will think more deeply, move more closely, and look more widely for good policies, trustworthy legislation, and a more livable Gwangsan-gu.

We will move forward toward tomorrow, hand in hand together with the district’s citizens, so that living in Gwangsan-gu can become our pride.
